HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No.2187 OF 2017 ORDER:
Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal' hereafter) passed interim order, dated 14.05.2014, which reads as under: "Pending disposal of the O.A., the 1st and 2nd respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the applicant dated 23.04.2014 in accordance with rules. Till such time, status-quo in respect of the applicant as it obtains today (i.e., 14.05.2014) shall be maintained."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition (TR), the petitioner has retired from service and in view of the same no further orders are required in the Writ Petition (TR). Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents has fairly acceded to the same.

Recording the above submission of the counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petition (TR) is closed. Interim order dated 14.05.2014 stands abated.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
