This petition is filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C. seeking to withdraw S.C.No.59 of 2015 from the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge at Machilipatnam and transfer the same to any competent Court at Vijayawada, Krishna District. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.
