Learned counsel for the petitioner says that lis in the writ petition is covered by order dated 02-11-2016 passed by this Court in WP.No.35913 of 2015. The same is not disputed by Sri Sivaraju Srinivas, Special Standing Counsel for respondents.

In view of the same, for the reasons alike, this writ petition is also allowed in terms of said order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
