Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Tribunal on 07.06.2013 directed the respondent authorities to consider the claim of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Additional Director, Municipal Administration without reference to the charge memos, if the petitioner is otherwise qualified, eligible and comes within the zone of consideration. Subsequently, respondent authorities had promoted the petitioner and submits that no further orders are required in this Writ Petition (TR). 2.

Recording of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition (TR) is closed. 3.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to cost.
