THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.24056 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents-Municipal Corporation. Earlier, when the matter is called, the learned Standing Counsel for Municipal Corporation pointed out that there were some shortfalls.

Today, when the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the said shortfalls have been made good.

If that being so, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents-Municipality to process the building application of the petitioner, dated 23.01.2018, and pass appropriate Orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
