No. 23830 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner at length, we are not inclined to interfere with the order dated 09.07.2018 in O.A.No. 650 of 2018 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, Hyderabad, however liberty is granted to the petitioner to place some relevant documents before the Tribunal, and thereafter, the respondents shall file comprehensive counter affidavit to the O.A. as well as the material that may be placed on behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
