ORAL ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader and with their consent the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

Petitioner is unaided educational institution. On 2.1.2018 a representation addressed to Principal Secretary, School Education/first respondent was made, copies of the same were marked to the Commissioner and Director of School Education, the Regional Joint Director of School Education and the District Educational Officerrespondents 3 to 5 respectively, requesting to admit unaided posts into grant in aid or to allot surplus aided posts available in Ranga Reddy district in terms of G.O. Ms No 40 Education (SE.)S-1) Department dated 18.6.2013 and Right to Education Act, 2009. Alleging inaction, this writ petition is filed.

Since petitioner claims that representation made by institution is pending and so far no decision is taken, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, writ petition is disposed of directing the Commissioner and Director of School Education-third respondent to examine the request of the petitioner for admitting unaided posts into grant in aid posts or allot existing surplus aided posts and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
