1. This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioner/Accused No.1 in Crime.No. 183 of 2023 on the file of Bhadrachalam Town Police Station, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, registered for the offence under Section 8 (c) r/w. 20 (b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, / 1985 (for short the NPDS Act).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned I t Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

The case ofthe Bhadrachalam Town Police is that on conducting vehicle checking, they found this petitioner along with other accused in possession of 100 kgs. of ganJa.
(l Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that A-3 ald A-4 were granted bail and petitioner herein is falsely implicated.

Keeping in view that the contraband seized is more than commerciar quantity, this court is not inclined to grant regular bail to this petitioner. However, the petitioner is at liberty to move the Sessions Court. 6'
Accordingry, this criminal petition is disposed off. Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
