JUDGMENT:

This appeal arises out of the judgment and decree, dated 26.03.2014, in O.S.No.40 of 2009 on the file of learned Senior Civil Judge, Rajam. Sri Aravala Rama Rao, learned counsel for the appellant, addressed a letter, dated 17.03.2015, to the Registry, wherein he has informed that he had instructions to not press the appeal suit as the appellant and the respondent settled the dispute out of Court.

At the hearing, Sri Aravala Rama Rao, learned counsel for the appellant, reiterated the aforesaid fact.

In the light of above facts, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as not pressed. As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal suit, interim order, dated 12.02.2015, in A.S.M.P.No.171 of 2015 is vacated and A.S.M.P.No.171 of 2015 filed by the appellant for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous. __________________________ (C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J) 26th March, 2015 GHN
