P. Narsingam, v. B. Thirupahi,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE NO.2073 OF 2014 ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the orders dated 28.03.2014 in W.P.No.9656 of 2014 passed by this Court. When the matter was listed on 08.06.2015, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the same was directed to be listed on 23.06.2015 'for dismissal'. Even when the matter was listed on 23.06.2015, there was no representation and the same was listed today under the same caption. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
Learned Standing Counsel Smt Aparna Laxmi brought to my notice that the writ petition itself was dismissed on 12.09.2014 on the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the cause in the writ petition does not survive. As such there is no violation of the orders and more so, she states that the interim order granted by this Court was subsisting till 07.04.2014 and the resolution was communicated to the petitioner on 17.04.2014. In view of the same, I do not see any contempt committed by the respondent.
Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand dismissed.
