This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing proceedings vide Rc.No.D3/2735/06 dt.17.06.2007 as against the principles of natural justice, illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14, 19 & 21 of the Constitution of India and also to consider his application dt.19.01.2007. 2.

Today, even though the matter is listed under the caption for dismissal, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The docket proceedings would disclose that the matter underwent several adjournments at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner.

Hence, the Writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
