HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.23243 of 2010 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in not granting extension of lease renewal of the 1st petitioner in respect of Unipoles erected by it at Police Quarters premises, Begumpet and Begumpet Police Station, Hyderabad while granting extension to other competing advertising agency in the city of Hyderabad.

A counter affidavit is filed stating that no extension was given to M/s. Ad Agency for continuation of Unipoles after 28.02.2008 and the Unipoles erected at Begumpet Police Station Lines & behind Begumpet Police Station by M/s. Ad agencies were removed in the month of March 2008.

The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that in view of the statement made by the respondents in their counter affidavit, no further orders are required.

Recording the statement made by the 3rd respondent in his counter affidavit, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
