THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION NO.23752 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr. A.Giridhar Rao, counsel for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. The petitioners complain against inaction of respondents in processing and finalising pending document No.P/112/2018 under Registration Act, as illegal and arbitrary.

The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the third respondent will process the pending document and will either register or pass orders within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Statement placed on record. The Writ Petition is disposed of, accordingly. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
