Petitioners' grievance is that petitioners have sought reference under Section 64 of Act 30 of 2013 to the authority constituted under the Act for determining petitioners' claim for compensation for the subject land which was acquired pursuant to an Award No.19/2016-17 dt.Nil.04.2017, the respondents 2 and 3 have not made the reference to the said authority in spite of the said representation. 2.

The Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondents states that respondents 2 and 3 will make reference under Section 64 of Act 30 of 2013 to the authority constituted under the Act within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioners.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the respondents 2 and 3 to make reference under Section 64 of the Act 30 of 2013 to the authority constituted under the Act, for determining petitioners' claim for compensation, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioners. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
