HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT C.R.P. No.1961 OF 2016 O R D E R :

Defendants 3 and 4 in O.S. No.122 of 2011 in the Court of II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Nandyal, are the revision petitioners. The revision petitioners challenge the order dated 01.02.2016 in I.A. No.55 of 2016. The trial Court having considered the stage of the matter and also the affidavit filed in support of I.A. No.55 of 2016 was not inclined to exercise its discretion.

Counsel appearing for revision petitioners though tried to canvass several grounds against the order impugned in the C.R.P. this Court is of the view that the view expressed by the trial Court particularly, in the light of the stand taken in the affidavit, no exception can be made. The revision fails and is dismissed. No order as to costs.
