HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 12465 OF-2004 ORDER :
When the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner and on a perusal of the record discloses that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation and he is challenging the orders passed by Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court in I.D.No.175 of 2001, dated 2.12.2003 wherein no relief was granted to the petitioner and the petitioner is challenging the orders of removal before the Industrial Tribunal-cumLabour Court and the petitioner is seeking reinstatement into service. 2.
This Court, having considered the submission made by the petitioner is of the considered view that the relief sought for by the petitioner for reinstatement into service, at this point time, may not be possible. 3.
However, this Court is of the considered view that the Writ Petition can be disposed of directing the respondents to pay the service benefits of the petitioner for the services rendered by him prior to his removal, if not already paid, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this observation, Writ Petition is disposed of. 5.
