I.A.No.1 OF 2025 This application is filed praying this Court to grant relaxation to Condition No.ii imposed in the order passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.10945 of 2025, dated 01.09.2025, from the petitioners/A.1 to A.5 shall appear before the concerned SHO at 11:00 a.m. on every Wednesday for a period of eight (8) weeks, for the purpose of investigation and thereafter, as and when required to First Sunday/Saturday of every month for a period of (4) months, for the purpose of investigation and thereafter, as and when required.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioners i.e., the petitioners/A.1 to A.5 shall appear before the concerned SHO at 11:00 a.m. on every Wednesday for a period of eight (8) weeks, for the purpose of investigation and thereafter, as and when required, in Crl.P.No.10945 of 2025 dated 01.09.2025, is hereby relaxed

and the petitioners/A.1 to A.5 shall appear before the concerned SHO once in 15 days on Wednesday. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
