CVNR,J & GSP,J CMA.No.732 of 2018 Dt: 03.10.2018 Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal (CMA) arises out of Order, dated 07-06-2018, in IA.No.937 of 2017, in OS.No.942 of 2017, on the file of the XV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Kukatpally, whereby the Court below declined to grant injunction restraining the respondent from raising construction over the suit schedule property. At the hearing, Mr.T.Rajendra Prasad, learned Counsel for the appellant, has not disputed that the respondents have raised construction over the suit schedule property. In view of the same, the relief sought for in this CMA has become infructuous.

The CMA is, accordingly, dismissed.

As a sequel to dismissal of the CMA, IA.No.1 of 2018, filed by the appellant for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
