Sri P.R. Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that after filing of the Civil Revision Petition, the main suit in O.S.No.334 of 2007 on the file of the II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Warangal, itself is disposed of; the cause in the Civil Revision Petition does not survive for adjudication; the same has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
