Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

Petitioner is a Fair Price Shop (FPS) Dealer bearing Shop No.18 of Jaggapuram Village, Yedlapadu Mandalam, Guntur District.

By proceedings dated 23.03.2015, his dealership authorisation was suspended. Challenging the same, petitioner filed this Writ Petition.

This Court by order dated 16.04.2015 suspended the proceedings dated 23.03.2015.

According to learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies, dealership license of the petitioner was restored and petitioner is continued to operate the dealership without any further interference; no proceedings under Section 6-A of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 are initiated against the petitioner; his FPS shop is bifurcated and a new shop is established; challenging the same, petitioner filed W.P.No.21198 of 2018 and this Court granted interim order in the said Writ Petition pending consideration. 5.

Having regard to the fact that petitioner's dealership license is restored and he is continued to operate the dealership, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition. 6.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
