HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.5335 of 2017 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/ A1 and A2 seek to quash the proceedings in Crime No.262 of 2017 of Shamshabad PS, Cyberabad, which was registered for the offence under Sections 498A and 323 IPC.

2) When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 26.02.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Shamshabad PS, Cyberabad Commissionerate and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and case was registered as PRC No.57 of 2017 on the file of VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Rajendranagar and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.262 of 2017 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3) Learned counsel for petitioner present.

4) In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
