The grievance of the petitioner is that respondents 2 to 4 are threatening to demolish her house property bearing Door No.23-5-99-6 in Sy.No.292 situated at Saraswati Nagar, M.R.Palli, Tirupati Urban, Chittoor District.

Learned Government Pleader has received instructions, which state that the subject land admeasuring Ac.6-44 cents in Sy.No.292 of Tirupathi Revenue Village is classified as 'Kaluva Poramboke' and since the petitioner is stated to have raised structures in the vacant site adjacent to her residential house bearing D.No.23-5-99-6, the 4th respondent along with field staff objected and restricted her in encroaching the Government land and there was no demolition as alleged by the petitioner.

In view of the above, therefore, since no demolition is contemplated, no further directions are necessary except directing the 4th respondent to follow due process of law, if any action is intended to be taken against the petitioner.
