HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT APPEAL No. 1706 of 2005 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This appeal is directed against the interim order passed in WVMP No.1232 of 2005 in WPMP No.21922 of 2005 in W.P.No.8064 of 2005.

The appeal was filed in 2005. Notice was issued on 26.09.2005. Thereafter, the writ appeal has not appeared before Court nor any efforts were made by the appellants to take it before Court. We are informed that the writ petition is still pending. In view thereof, we dispose of this appeal with the observation that the learned Single Judge may decide the writ petition, which is pending since 2005, expeditiously.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
