This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not registering the complaint dated 26-06-2018 made by the petitioner.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home that basing on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.405 of 2018 was registered on 14-07-2018.
