HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.23735 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 18-06-2018 in Rc.No.Admn.II-2/1066/2016, wherein and whereby the 2nd petitioner's appointment as correspondent suspended under Rule 24 (3) (a) of A.P. Education Act, 1982 (for short "the Act") by the 2nd respondent and consequently seeking to set aside the same with further directions to continue the 2nd petitioner as correspondent of HRD Junior College, Narsaraopet, Guntur.

Heard Sri Vidyasagar, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Education and counsel for implead party.

Though learned Senior Counsel asserted that alternative remedy is not a bar for entertaining the writ petition, as the respondents have not considered the explanation of the petitioners to the show-cause notice in proper perspective their contentions can be urged before the appellate authority. Admittedly, as against the impugned proceedings the petitioners have an alternative remedy under Section 89(b) of the Act as contended by learned counsel for respondents. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioners to avail alternative remedy of appeal available to them under the Act. As a sequel to the disposal

of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
