When the matter had come up for hearing on 22.02.2016 none appeared for the appellant and there was no representation on his behalf, and therefore, the matter was posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even on 14.03.2016, 21.03.2016 and today, when the matter has come up for hearing, none appears for the appellant and there is no representation on his behalf. Therefore, the appellant is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the case. The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, is accordingly, dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
