This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents 2 to 4 in not arresting respondents 5 to 25 who are accused in FIR.No.53 of 2018, dated 14-05-2018 of P.S.Shaligouraram, Nalgonda District as illegal and arbitrary. Basing on instructions, it is stated by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home that as many as seven witnesses were examined and report of Tahsildar is awaited and they fill follow due procedure after completing the investigation. Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of.
