THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.13817 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not regularizing the services of the petitioners even after completion of 240 days of continuous service rendered by the petitioners in the perennial posts as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to the decision of the Hon'ble Apex Court reported in 1999(3) SCC 601 and also contrary to the Judgment of this Court in W.A.No.1478 of 1999, dated 15.10.1999 apart from violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and direct the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners and to pass such other necessary orders. No representation on behalf of the petitioners on 30.03.2016 and the matter is posted to today 'for dismissal'.

Today also even the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It seems that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
