When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since the case ended in acquittal of the petitioner/A.7 on 28.12.2018, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
