Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present writ petition, the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, has restored the name of the petitioner in the revenue records, and thus the grievance of the petitioner stood redressed and hence no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition.

Recording the above submission, writ petition is disposed of. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
