taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the Ganesh Idol placed in front of the petitioner's house was immersed in water after performing ritualistic worship and submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survives. At this stage, Sri.Gummalla Bhasker Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the proposed respondent submits that he is not pressing on the I.A.No.2 of 2025 (Leave Petition), I.A.No.3 of 2025 (Dispense with Petition), I.A.No.4 of 2025 (Implead Petition), I.A.No.5 of 2025 (Review Petition) in W.P.No.25346 of 2025 and pray this Court to close the above petitions.
