ORDER

1. The only grievance of the petitioners in this writ petition is that their representation dated 07.10.2014 for removing the encroachments over Kunderu Drainage Canal Bund and bank of Motupalli Village of Chinnaganjam Mandal, Prakasam District, has not been considered by respondents 3 and 4.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Irrigation and Command Area Development appearing for the 4th respondent.

3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, respondents 3 and 4 are directed to dispose of the representation dated 07.10.2014 submitted by the petitioners within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
