HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.3820 of 2017 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C, petitioner/A5 seeks pre-arrest bail in Cr.No.74 of 2016 of Railway Kodur PS, YSR Kadapa District which was registered against the petitioner and other accused for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 353, 307, 379, 120(B) r/w 149 IPC, Sections 20(i)(c)(ii)(iii)(iv)(vi)(x) and 29(4)(b) of Forest Act, 1967, Rule 3 of A.P. Sandalwood and Red Sandal Wood Transit Rules, 1969 and Section 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984. 2) Having regard to the gravity of offence, it is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail.

3) While dismissing the petition, petitioner/A5 is directed to surrender before the concerned Court and seek for regular bail. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
