THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2663 OF 2015 ORDER:
The present criminal revision case is filed by the petitioners challenging the order, dated 09.10.2015, passed in Crl.M.P.No.1448 of 2015 in D.V.C.No.43 of 2010 by the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Kukatpally at Miyapur, whereby the Court below directed the petitioners herein to pay entire arrears of Rs.4,03 lakhs to the second respondent herein.
Heard and perused the records.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner herein is unable to pay the entire arrears at present and as such, prays this Court to reduce the maintenance amount.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the criminal revision case is disposed of with the following directions.
(i) The petitioners herein are directed to pay 50% of the entire arrears of Rs.4.03 lakhs, to the second respondent on or before 31.12.2015; (ii) The trial Court is directed to dispose of D.V.C.No.43 of 2010 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months, without being influenced by the order of this Court.
With the above directions, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions filed in this revision, if any, shall stand closed.
