HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION Nos.19665 and 21016 of 2008 COMMON ORDER:

Heard Sri Mehdi Hussain for petitioners and Sri Ramakanth Reddy for the 1st respondent.

Sri Rama Kanth Reddy places on record the proceedings dated 22-03-2017 and submits that the 1st respondent has examined the legal objection raised in the writ petitions and with a view to proceed against the petitioners in accordance with law, issued the proceedings referred to above.

Sri Medhi Hussain having regard to the above proceedings issued by the 1st respondent, does not press the writ prayers. The Writ Petitions are dismissed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
