These Contempt Cases are filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of order, dated 20.1.2015, in W.P.No.19553 of 2009 of this Court.

Today, W.P.M.P.No.27307 of 2015 filed to review and recall the order, dated 20.1.2015, passed in W.P.No.19553 of 2009 is allowed and W.P.No.19553 of 2009 is dismissed. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in these contempt cases. Accordingly, all the Contempt Cases are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in these contempt cases shall stand closed.
