This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent in not following the procedure under Section 41-A Cr.P.C.

pertaining to FIR.No.19 of 2018, dated 06-02-2018.

This Court granted interim order on 19-07-2018 leaving it open to the respondent-police to issue notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. to the address mentioned in the cause title of the writ petition. Now, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. Obviously, it goes to show that he is not residing in the said address and he is avoiding the police.

Since learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, permission as sought for is accorded.
