In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the condition directing the petitioner to appear before the concerned S.H.O on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m to 2.00 p.m., is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned SHO as and when required for the purpose of investigation.
