OFFI CE NOTE 11.10.2023 KS,J IA.No.1 OF 2023 This application is filed seeking correction of typographical mistake in para-1 of the order dated 09.10.2023 in Crl.P.No.9744 of 2023.

Learned Counsel for petitioners/A1 & A3 submits that this Court on 09.10.2023 granted regular bail to the petitioners/A1 & A3 in Crl.P.No.9744 of 2023; and that at fourth line of para-1 of the order, crime number is wrongly typed as 'Crime No.150 of 2023' instead of 'Crime No.320 of 2023'.

In view of the aforesaid submission, Office is directed to correct the Crime number in fourth line of para-1 of the order as 'Crime No.320 of 2023' instead of 'Crime No.150 of 2023.'

Accordingly, the earlier order dt.09.10.2023 passed in Crl.P.No.9744/2023 stands corrected. Office is directed to issue corrected copy of the order.
