THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.221 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw O.S.No.47 of 2015 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Medchal, and transfer the same to the Court of XVI Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy at Malkajgiri. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law including filing of similar type of application before appropriate forum.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies available to them under law including filing of similar type of application before appropriate forum.
