Heard the counsel for petitioner, Sri R. Vinod Reddy, counsel for respondent nos.1 to 4, and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, counsel for 5th respondent.

It is stated by counsel on both sides that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.18.12.2015, passed in WP.No.32614 of 2015.

Therefore, for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also allowed, and the respondent nos.1 to 4 are directed to release individual service connection to petitioner on payment of requisite charges therefore within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, which shall be subject to the decision of the Supreme Court wherein the challenge to the order dt.12.09.2012 in WP.No.20407 of 2008 and batch is pending.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed with the above directions. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
