Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Perused the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

Having considered the grounds urged and the submissions made, the time granted by this Court to the petitioner/accused No.6 to appear before the Station House Officer, Madhura Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad District vide order dated 10.09.2025, is further extended directing the petitioner/accused No.6 to appear before the Station House Officer, Madhura Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad District on or before 13.10.2025.

In view thereof, this Interlocutory Application is allowed.
