wp_95_2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus by directing the respondents to produce Godla Swathi (hereinafter referred to as 'the detenue'), the wife of the petitioner.

Sri P.Kiran, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that today, the alleged detenue is released from the custody of respondent Nos. 7 and 8 and that she has joined the company of the petitioner who is her husband. 3.

In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
