HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1920 of 2015 ORDER :

This contempt case is filed by the petitioner alleging that the respondent has violated the order dated 19.01.2012 passed by this Court in W.P.No.30149 of 2011.

2. Counter affidavit is filed by the respondent disputing the allegations made in the contempt case and it is stated that basing on the complaints lodged by the petitioner, the respondent has registered cases and police protection is also granted to the petitioner with the help of Revenue authorities.

3. In view of the stand taken by the respondent in the counter affidavit, it cannot be said that there is willful violation of the directions issued by this Court.
