This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to relax the conditions imposed by the learned XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, vide order dated 18.10.2019, in Crl.M.P.No.1861 of 2019 in C.C.No.11318 of 2019. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.1 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1-State.

The conditions imposed by the Court below in the impugned order are as follows:
(1) The petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four lakhs only) towards security for return of passport.
(2) The petitioner should redeposit the passport on or before 12.01.2020 and appear before the Court on next adjournment 12.01.2020 without fail.
(3) The petitioner should furnish his complete address or employment along with contact number. In the event, if petitioner fails to appear before the Court and to redeposit passport on 12.01.2020, Rs.4,00,000/- will be forfeited and will be given to de facto complainant towards compensation. Further Look Out Notice (LOC) will be ordered."
4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, condition Nos.2 and 3 imposed by the Court below shall remain unaltered and condition No.1 imposed by the Court below in the impugned order is modified as under:
"The petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh only) towards security for return of passport."
5. The Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of.
6. As a sequel, the Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
