HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.2 3 7 6 6 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - During the course of hearing, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the petitioner has alternative remedy under Section 44 of the A.P.Forest Act and he has to move an application for custody of the vehicle and participate in the proceedings.

Leaving it open for the petitioner herein to approach the appropriate authority and file an application under Section 44 of the A.P.Forest Act, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondent-authorities to complete the enquiry, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of filing of such application.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
