THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN And THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.RAVI KUMAR APPEAL SUIT No.315 of 2014 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Sri E.V.V.S.Ravi Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Appeal Suit.

A letter dated 09.09.2015 is also filed in the Registry to that effect.

Permission is accorded, and the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
