ORDER:

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

The petitioner was appointed as Fair Price Shop Dealer for Shop No. 24 of Gangireddipalem village, Machavaram Mandal, Guntur District in the year 2011. While so on 17.3.2014 the Deputy Tahsildar, Machavaram inspected the shop of the petitioner and noticed certain irregularities. Based on the same, impugned order dated 17.4.2014 was passed by the second respondent suspending the authorization of the petitioner pending enquiry. The present Writ Petition is filed challenging

the said order.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that even though the dealership of the petitioner was suspended one year back, enquiry is not completed and in view of long delay that has taken place, the petitioner is entitled for restoration of authorization.

This Court is not inclined to accept the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner. However, in the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass final order within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by duly observing the principles of natural justice. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
