Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "..... to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more in the nature of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to and connected with the Award passed in a Pre-Litigation No.154 of 2007 on the file of the District Legal Services Authority, Vizianagaram, dated 27.08.2007 and consequently quash the same by declaring the same as being illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 19(1)(g), 21 and 300(A) of the Constitution of India and pass such other order or orders ....."

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, WPMP.No.17267 of 2008 shall stand closed.
