This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 4 to allow the petitioner to conduct "Moharam Peerla Festival" from 14-10-2015 to 26-10-2015 at "Run-Hussain-Panja" Vijayawada as per the permission granted by respondent No.3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the interim order dated 19-10-2015 granted by this Court has been complied with, the grievance of the petitioner has been attended to. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
